EuroSITES
Abstract
EuroSITES forms an integrated European network of nine deep-ocean observatories. It is a FP7 Collaborative Project coordinated by the National Oceanography Centre, Southampton, UK and involves 13 partners across Europe and the Cape Verde Islands.
ESONET and EuroSITES share some research sites through a few projects: DYFAMED and ANTARES (Ligurian Sea) and NESTOR (Eastern Mediterranean Sea).
Main interests of EuroSITES project relate to water column issues.
